Cape Town’s Water and Sanitation Directorate will conduct infrastructure maintenance from May 27-29, 2025, leading to temporary water outages or reduced pressure in affected areas. Work includes pipe and valve installations, repairs, and replacements in Strand, Wynberg, and Wemmershoek Water Treatment Plant. Residents in specified areas are advised to reduce water usage during maintenance.
