City Power in Johannesburg has arrested over 120 people suspected of damaging or stealing electrical infrastructure since June last year. Some of the arrested individuals are utility employees. The entity is addressing an increase in vandalism, particularly in underground tunnels in the CBD, warning that such actions pose a risk to staff.
