A suspected poacher was fatally shot by Field Rangers in Kruger National Park. Police recovered items supporting illegal hunting allegations. The confrontation occurred when rangers encountered two suspects, leading to a shootout where one poacher was killed and the other escaped. Medical personnel were unable to save the wounded man. Investigation ongoing.
