Residents in Makotopong, Limpopo, are worried as a 58-year-old teacher accused of raping a 13-year-old student has not been arrested. The Department of Education confirmed a rape charge was filed after the teacher was caught with the student in the school office. Allegations suggest he may have assaulted other minors. Community leader Michael Lekota calls for increased school security.
