The Hawks arrest a third suspect, a 35-year-old woman, in a trafficking in persons case in Plumstead. Two others, Rogers Mubiru and Fatuma Bashiba, are already in custody. The suspects will appear in court for a bail application. Last year, officers found 12 occupants in a Plumstead address, including five identified as sex workers.
