Police in the Eastern Cape arrested a 51-year-old woman for keeping cattle locked up without food and water, leading to the death of seven cows. Neighbors reported a foul smell from her property, where dogs were found eating the carcasses. The woman had barred entry to her homestead, accusing others of bewitching her late husband.
