Minister Nkabane confirms student killed at Walter Sisulu University was receiving NSFAS funds. The student, Sisonke Mbolekwa, was shot by a residence manager during a protest. Nkabane visited the university and Mbolekwa’s family to offer condolences. The incident occurred after students allegedly set the manager’s car on fire.
