Rwanda to allow Sadc troops in DRC passage to Tanzania, say sources

Rwanda has agreed to allow Sadc troops to evacuate from Goma, DRC, through its territory to Tanzania. Sadc terminated its mandate in mid-March and will withdraw its force, SAMIDRC, from DRC. Rwanda accepted the request for the troops to pass through by land. Weapons will be sealed for security as troops leave Rwandan territory.
