Court sets aside R1bn ICT contract that SANParks had awarded to Gijima

The Pretoria high court has overturned SANParks’ decision to award a R1bn ICT services tender to Gijima Holdings for 10 years. Datacentrix will continue to provide services for 12 months under the previous agreement. The court remitted the matter to SANParks for reconsideration. Datacentrix had won the previous tender until April 2024 and challenged the decision to award the new tender to Gijima.
