Team South Africa excelled at the World Athletics Relays Championships in China, winning gold in Men’s 4x100m and Men’s 4x400m relays, and bronze in Women’s 4x400m. Despite a fifth-place finish in Mixed 4x400m, all teams qualified for the World Championships in Tokyo. Notably, the women’s team set a national record.
