Monique Kekana, accused of setting fire to Racquel Smith’s shack, was granted R500 bail. The incident occurred after Smith, her boyfriend, and a friend were convicted of kidnapping in connection to missing child Joshlin Smith. Kekana cooperated with police, has no prior convictions, and made her initial court appearance on 5 May.
