Man confesses to two Tembisa hospital fires and implicates head of security

Tembisa Hospital’s head of security implicated in fires that damaged hospital. Thembinkosi Manqunyana, 48, arrested and charged with arson for starting fires on two separate occasions. Police report given to Gauteng premier. Services disrupted, patients left without care. More arrests expected as investigation continues.
