A rabid Cape Fur Seal attacked a man snorkeling with his family at Windmill Beach in Cape Town on Monday. The beach was closed for the day, and the seal was euthanized. Reports of aggressive seals and a rabies outbreak among marine animals have been increasing along the Western Cape Coast. Emergency and research teams responded to the incident.
