Mozambique opposition leader Venancio Mondlane refuses to join new government following election dispute. Mondlane, who claims victory in October election, calls for peaceful protests and demands “electoral justice” against President Daniel Chapo’s alleged rigging. Despite calls for dialogue, Mondlane has not met Chapo. Chapo won 65% of the vote, while Mondlane received 24%.
