260 miners were stranded underground at Sibanye-Stillwater’s Kloof operation after a conveyance cage malfunctioned. No injuries reported. 79 miners brought to the surface by midday Friday, with the remaining 181 to follow after safety assessment. Rescue operation expected to be completed in two phases.
