Investigators are looking into foggy conditions and technical glitches at a San Diego airport as possible factors in a fatal plane crash. A Cessna 550 crashed into a residential neighborhood, resulting in presumed deaths of all six aboard, including a former rock band drummer and music agent. The NTSB is investigating without a flight data recorder and receiving FBI assistance in collecting evidence.
