A new trend shows a rise in relocations from Cape Town to Johannesburg, now accounting for 25% of moves from the Western Cape. Many are returning to Johannesburg as companies resume office work and to be closer to family. This category is now the third largest mover group after Joburg and Pretoria to Cape Town.
