Tete Dijana won his third Comrades Marathon title in Durban, holding off Piet Wiersma in a thrilling finish. Gerda Steyn also claimed her fourth title in the women’s race. Dijana finished in 5hr 25min 28sec, with Wiersma coming in 5 seconds behind. Russian runner Nikolai Volkov took third place. The 2025 race was 89.98km long, slightly longer than the previous edition.
