A Rockwell 500S aircraft crash-landed in a cemetery near George, South Africa, due to double engine failure. The pilot and passenger survived and were hospitalized. The Accident and Incident Investigations Division confirmed the incident, stating the aircraft was en route from Vereeniging Airport to George Airport when the engine failure occurred.
