The Department of Home Affairs will offer passport delivery to South African expats abroad starting November 1, 2025. Minister Leon Schreiber announced the service in The Hague, allowing clients to choose courier delivery for passports and critical documents. Turnaround times will be 24-72 hours, with courier fees between $30 and $60.
