Witness C testified at the Madlanga Commission that Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala, an accused in organized crime, shared contact details of senior SAPS officials to intimidate police during a raid. Matlala is linked to the kidnapping of businessman Jerry Boshoga and is on trial for attempted murder.
