Police in KwaZulu-Natal revealed that an SAPS employee altered Stuart Sharnick’s criminal record in January. Sharnick, linked to suspended Crime Detection head Shadrack Sibiya, claims the police are damaging his reputation. He has filed charges against Crime Intelligence chief Dumisani Khumalo for disclosing his record during the Commission.
