Nkosana Makate has reached an interim agreement with Black Rock Mining regarding his Vodacom payout, which is estimated over R600m. The agreement mandates withholding 40% of the payout pending litigation on Black Rock’s claim to the funds. The court confirmed the order, with a hearing scheduled for December 2 to determine Black Rock’s entitlement.
