The City of Johannesburg will return Solidarity’s banner, “Welcome to the most race-regulated country in the world,” after a court settlement. The banner was removed for not complying with advertising by-laws. Solidarity claims it met all requirements and plans to continue its campaign, which includes 38 additional billboards, despite the City’s initial conditions for its return.
