The Hawks have arrested a fifth suspect linked to luring South Africans to fight in the Russia-Ukraine war, following four arrests at O.R. Tambo International Airport. One of the initial suspects, a woman, is believed to be a key recruiter. All five will appear in court facing charges under the Regulation of Foreign Military Assistance Act.
