Beitbridge bribery bust: BMA officials nabbed for letting undocumented migrants slip through border

Nine individuals, including two Border Management Authority officials, were arrested for corruption at Beitbridge Border Post in Limpopo. The arrests were made during an operation by the Limpopo Provincial Anti-Corruption Unit, targeting illegal facilitation of undocumented immigrants into South Africa. Two officials were caught accepting a bribe to allow a taxi with 18 passengers.
