Accelerate Property Fund is selling its share of Cape Town’s Portside Tower, the city’s tallest building, to Penalten Investments for R580 million. The property includes retail space, office floors, parking bays, and common areas. Completed in 2014, the 139-metre-tall tower offers panoramic views and holds a 5-star Green Star rating. Initially developed for FirstRand and Old Mutual, it is a landmark in the city’s CBD.
