Couple arrested after their infant and toddler die in shack fire

A couple, 23 and 25, arrested for child neglect after their two children died in a shack fire in Petsana, Free State. The parents allegedly left the 7-month-old girl and 18-month-old boy unsupervised while they went drinking. The cause of the fire is under investigation. They will appear in court on Monday.
