A 60-year-old woman was found with a slit throat and her 80-year-old mother died from a brutal attack in Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal. The crime scene was discovered after a man found the door locked and located both women in pools of blood. The elderly mother sustained multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
