Four CF-18s to fly over Ottawa Saturday to open Canadian Tulip Festival

Four CF-18 jets from 3 Wing Bagotville will fly over Ottawa’s Dows Lake during the Canadian Tulip Festival’s opening ceremony on Saturday morning. The flyover, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands, will take place between 11 and 11:30 a.m. The event is part of the safety-monitored RCAF flyovers, subject to weather conditions. The festival runs until May 19.
