Azrapart, co-owner of Fourways Mall, placed in business rescue by High Court after owing RMB and Investec R2.3bn. Judgment delivered on 5 June following nearly year-long court process. Entity controlled by trust linked to Michael Georgiou owns 50% of mall. Partners invested R400 million in mall, with plans for solar plant installation.
