American Eagle Flight 5342, a CRJ700 operated by PSA Airlines, collided with an army helicopter at Reagan National airport in Washington DC. Both aircraft fell into the Potomac River, with no expected survivors among the 60 passengers and four crew members on the plane and three soldiers on the helicopter. The incident was captured on airport security cameras.
