A study by University of Johannesburg professors found that South African ICT graduates struggle to secure jobs due to not meeting employer requirements. Despite high demand for ICT skills, 90% of organizations face a shortage of qualified graduates. Most graduates took six to twelve months to find employment, with 42% securing jobs in less than six months.
