Vodacom Group in South Africa is laying off over 100 employees in a restructuring drive, with 400 employees served notices under section 189 of the Labour Relations Act. The company confirmed the restructuring, expecting around 113 job losses. This marks the second round of job cuts in the past year, with Vodacom’s South African business having about 4,145 full-time employees.
