Saldanha Bay police commander Lincoln Sebola expressed concern over missing girl Joshlin Smith’s mother’s behavior, testifying in the trial of the six-year-old’s disappearance. The State alleges the child was sold by her mother and two others. Despite extensive search efforts, including setting up a joint operational center, the child has not been found since vanishing over a year ago.
