Racquel “Kelly” Smith reacted angrily when her boyfriend and friend suggested police speak to her about her missing daughter, Joshlin Smith. Captain Wesley Lombard testified in the Western Cape High Court about the investigation into Joshlin’s disappearance, revealing that Smith, her boyfriend, and friend are accused of human trafficking and kidnapping. Police mobilized 380 personnel to search for Joshlin.
