New GX Capital, led by CEO Khudu Pitje, partners with RMB Ventures to launch R2.4-billion clean-tech fund, Airnergize Capital Fund I. The fund will invest in renewable energy and infrastructure across Africa, aiming to raise a total of R4 billion.
