Flooding in Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal, caused one death and multiple injuries, with houses and roads destroyed. MEC Siboniso Amstrong Duma plans to visit affected communities and offer condolences. Many individuals rushed to hospitals and clinics. Areas impacted include Chicago in AA Section, J Section, and Ward 78 near KwaMgaga High School. Increased crashes reported by Road Traffic Inspectorate.
