Over 50 foreign nationals escape suspected human trafficking syndicate in Lombardy East, Johannesburg. Private security called after group seen running into streets. Victims believed to be of Somalian and Ethiopian descent. Dilapidated house found with foul stench, buckets of urine, dirty blankets, and loaves of bread.
