Former SABC executive Hlaudi Motsoeneng is accused of abusing the legal process by appealing a ConCourt decision to repay money gained unlawfully during his tenure. The SIU believes Motsoeneng’s latest appeal is an abuse of the legal system. Parliament’s Scopa committee is investigating the SABC and State Information Technology Agency, with MPs questioning Motsoeneng’s attempts to avoid repaying money.
