Former SARS commissioner Johann van Loggerenberg will testify against advocate Dali Mpofu after Mpofu questioned his mental health during a hearing on Public Protector Mkhwebane. Mpofu faces LPC disciplinary charges for alleged disparaging and sexist comments, including a tense exchange with chairperson Dyantyi. Mpofu told Dyantyi, “Your day will come,” leading to a disciplinary hearing this week.
