Naspers appoints Nico Marais as CFO of Naspers and Prosus Group, effective immediately. Marais, who has been interim CFO since December 2024, brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience within the group. He will also join the Naspers board as financial director, pending shareholder approval for the Prosus board.
