Jannie Mouton and family join South Africa’s dollar-billionaires on Forbes’ list. Mouton, a businessman, founded PSG Group after starting his career as an articled clerk at PwC. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1973 and co-founded his first stockbroking business. Fired in 1995, he then partnered with Chris Otto to start PSG Group, buying 51% of a recruitment company.
