A three-month-old baby was shot and killed in Bonteheuwel, Cape Town, allegedly used as a human shield by a man targeted by gang members. Despite resuscitation efforts, the child died in the hospital. Investigations indicate links between the victim and the perpetrator to rival gangs, and police are searching for the suspects.
