Former RAF CEO Collins Letsoalo failed to appear before Parliament for a financial maladministration probe, despite being summoned twice. MPs are willing to wait until 5pm for his arrival. Letsoalo, in a message to a committee advisor, requested an end to what he perceives as harassment and denied claims of hiding.
