Construction has started on Saxdowne Shopping Centre in Cape Town, a 6,000m² retail hub at Stellenbosch Arterial and Saxdowne Roads. Developed by Abland, it will feature Shoprite and Clicks, with a rustic design. The 1.8-hectare site will offer 6,027m² of retail space, benefiting nearby suburbs.
