The family of former Zambian President Edgar Lungu has filed for leave to appeal a High Court ruling ordering his remains to be repatriated to Lusaka for burial. They argue the court erred in siding with the Zambian government, claiming the agreement reached in June was misinterpreted. The High Court will review their appeal application.
