A Grade 9 learner was stabbed at Boksburg High School in Gauteng. The Gauteng Department of Education confirmed that a group of boys jumped the school fence and attacked the boy. Eight boys were arrested and are in custody. The injured student is receiving medical care, and the department is providing trauma counseling.
