A pilot died in a Cessna 210 crash shortly after takeoff at Lanseria International Airport in Johannesburg. The passenger was seriously injured and airlifted to a hospital. The crash occurred within the rhino and lion nature reserve. The South African Civil Aviation Authority is investigating, with a preliminary report expected on their website in 30 days.
