Vatican confirms Pope Francis’s funeral on Saturday at 10am. Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re to preside over liturgy in St Peter’s square. Coffin to be taken to St Peter’s Basilica and then to Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore for burial. Prince of Wales to attend on behalf of the King, with William representing his father at the funeral mass.
